Meet the founder Luka
Luka Pelke is the founder of Visios Consulting and an expert in immersive technologies, XR and gaming. He is passionate about the interplay between innovation and user experience - where technology not only impresses, but also creates real added value.
His professional roots lie in strategic management consulting, where he was involved in pioneering XR projects at an early stage. The insight: virtual reality, augmented reality and playful formats have the potential to change processes in companies in the long term - whether in training, onboarding or customer interaction.
With the founding of Visios Consulting in 2025, Luka is pursuing the goal of making it easier for companies to access immersive technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality and game-based applications.
